Inhalt: The course will offer an overview of problems arising with respect to the adjudication of transnational private law disputes, in particular: Jurisdiction, immunities, taking of evidence, recognition and enforcement, parallel proceedings, arbitration, conflict of laws. Note: This semester we will cooperate (through video-conferences) with Tilburg Law School (Netherlands), Diego Portales Law School (Chile), Stanford Law School (USA) and Windsor Law School (Canada).
