Inhalt: Great web design marries aesthetics with accessibility: In this seminar, we explore the art of crafting digital spaces that not only please the eye but welcome all. We start at the roots: design principles, typography, color theory, and visual language. These fundamentals form the bedrock upon which we design accessible websites while the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) serve as our compass. With »Figma« as our design tool, we shape ideas into prototypes. From initial wireframes to polished designs – here, theory becomes tangible. Programming skills? Not needed. Our focus lies on visual concepts and user experience. Through hands-on exercises, we hone our eye for user-centered design. We analyze, create, and refine – always with the goal of opening the web to everyone.
