Inhalt: The module Corporate Finance is taught in both programs the Master Management & Entrepreneurship as well as the Master Management & Sustainable Accounting and Finance. The module involves the lecture and applied tutorial sessions. There are two different tutorials available: (A) Corporate Finance: Applications in Entrepreneurship (B) Corporate Finance: Advanced Applications In the tutorial sessions, we will discuss applied issues and case studies. The sessions are held separately for participants enrolled in the Master Management & Entrepreneurship (A) and the Master Management & Sustainable Accounting and Finance (B) in order to cover more tailored topics for both groups. PLEASE NOTE that there are two different examinations scheduled for the different groups. It is your responsibility to register for the examination date linked to your study program. Selected topics covered in this module are: - Financial decisions under market imperfections - Asymmetric information - Agency problems - Capital structure - Dividend policy
