Inhalt: Today’s corporations face a wide range of stakeholders including shareholders, customers, suppliers, NGOs, governments, media and local communities. This course will explore a variety of management strategies for stakeholder relationships. This course will focus on stakeholder identification, stakeholder mapping, stakeholder management strategy typology for corporaet sustainability. Students will study best practices for corporate sustainability in a different range of sustainability issues in industry sectors.

Inhalt: This course explores the sustainability management relations among corporations, NGOs and governments. This class will explore social expectations, environmental regulations and policy in global context, consumers and NGOs’ activities and their influences on policy developments and markets, with a particular focus on social and environmental management and policy in the Europe and the US. The content includes environmental policy innovations in the Europe and the US, global climate change and its impacts on business practices, NGOs and business practice, supply chain management, strategic partnership, responsible investment, and risk management.
