“Take the pressure off – dealing with workplace conflicts”
The staff council at Leuphana University Lüneburg cordially invites all employees to the regular staff meeting on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. in Lecture Hall 4.
Under the heading “Take the pressure off – dealing with workplace conflicts,” we would like to engage in dialogue with you on a topic that comes up repeatedly and increasingly often in our consultations and discussions within the university. One of the reasons for this is the newly negotiated “DV Conflict” agreement, which we would like to present to you at the staff meeting. In addition, we have noticed an increase in tensions in the way employees interact with students, which also has a direct impact on your working conditions.
