Inhalt: The aim of the course is to present the most important achievements of political psychology, a dynamically developing subdiscipline of interdisciplinary psychology. Political psychology explains political cognition, thinking, and political attitudes and behavior. The student becomes acquainted with the main theories and research results that allow understanding from a psychological perspective the process of forming political judgments and assessments, as well as the processes responsible for an individual's political activity vs. passivity. The course focuses on presenting the psychological properties of an individual related to one’s participation in elections and the psychological determinants of an individual's electoral decisions. While discussing the topics, great emphasis is placed on the issues of gender diversity and gender differences.

Inhalt: Does everyone can be a good leader? For sure not, but we can improve some of our skills to be a better one. During the course, students can explore themselves in the context of leadership. I will propose exercises and workshops to find some space to improve yourself. The emphasis in the course is on the practice of leadership. The course will examine topics such as understanding leadership, recognizing leadership traits, engaging people’s strengths, understanding philosophy and styles, attending to tasks and relationships, developing leadership skills, and creating a vision. In discussing the topics, great emphasis is placed on the issues of gender diversity and gender differences.
