Inhalt: What can entrepreneurs learn from artists? How do aesthetics, improvisation, and reflection transform the way we design entrepreneurial ideas? This course explores what entrepreneurs can learn from the mindsets, methods, and creative processes of artists. Across eight themes – Visuality & Aesthetics, Materiality & Prototyping, Improvisation, Inspiration, Disruption, Systems Thinking, Iteration, and Reflection – students will discover how artistic intelligence can enrich entrepreneurial practice. The pedagogy is rooted in experiential learning: students will not only read and discuss academic concepts but also experience, reflect, and apply them through interactive exercises, group discussions, and artistic interventions. A strong emphasis is placed on the transfer into entrepreneurial practice. The course also includes visits to local cultural institutions (tba), offering direct encounters with artistic practice. Students actively contribute to the course by presenting one academic paper in teams and leading a discussion. These presentations provide the theoretical framing for the eight themes and serve as a basis for reflecting on experiences and practice transfer. The course structure combines three elements: – a virtual kick-off session for introduction and topic allocation – an intensive block seminar with paper presentations, exercises, reflections, and cultural visits – a virtual follow-up sessions for integration, reflection, and final presentations
