Inhalt: Methoden des internationalen Rechts- und Vertragsmanagements/ International Contract Management. This capstone course integrates the student’s learning in various areas, e.g. a) contract law, b) international private law, c) transport law, d) contract negotiations and drafting, and d) project management, by combining lectures, exercises and practical training. The lectures cover advanced legal topics relating international sales, while the exercises and practical training require that the student apply this knowledge to negotiating, drafting and managing a specific contract.
