Inhalt: This seminar is about managing business groups in the context of corporate governance regulation. Based on concepts from the field of institutional economics, the students will be taught different international corporate governance systems. Moreover, corporate governance rules set forth in the German capital market and corporate laws are illustrated by analyzing legal cases.
