Inhalt: This module will cover several up-to-date pieces of research on international HRM. Several hot topics with interfaces to IHRM have been selected. The range begins with forms of migration, includes the dark side and hostile environments of expatriation, repatriate knowledge transfer, turnover, globally mobile female talent and spans to children of expatriates. We will read, analyze, and discuss recent publications in class.
