Inhalt: The course is divided into two parts. The first part is lecture based and presents basics in labor market and social policy as well as empirical analyses. In the second part, students discuss "Minimum Wages" as an important topic in labor market and social policy, which is currently discussed in Germany and other countries. Journal articles serve as a basis and should be presented in class. The course is structured as follows: Part I: Basics in Labor Market and Social Policy (Lectures) 1.
