Inhalt: This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of institutional change, institutional entreprenurship, and the social mechanism approach. To capture the dynamics of institutional change, we will link behavior on the micro level with systemic outcomes. Applying the concept of institutional entrepreneurship to sustainability transformation, we address a grand challenge of our time. The course gives students the opportunity to discuss the role of organizations in sustainability contexts, thereby helping to prepare them for responsible management.
