Inhalt: The course will be divided into three parts: In the first part, students will be introduced to basic concepts of task-based language teaching (TBLT) in the English as a foreign language classroom. This will be followed by a critical look at a number of tasks and activities for teaching language in the framework of an EFL/ESL curriculum, including project work and computer assisted language learning. Finally, students will be asked to engage in collaborative project work, designing and presenting teaching materials including sample tasks.
