Prof. Dr. Berta Martín-López is Professor for International Sustainable Development and Planning at the Social-Ecological-Systems Institute at the Faculty of Sustainability. Her research focuses on the role of values, knowledge and institutions in supporting transition pathways to sustainability, and examines impacts of research within and beyond academia.

The inaugural lectures of new professors of the Faculty of Sustainability are held in a brown-bag lunch format with a half-hour lecture followed by a discussion as a joint lunch break with an open end. Drinks and sandwiches will be provided by the Faculty of Sustainability.
