LOST x Sheffield Organisation Studies Research Cluster (OSC)
2026-04-13 LOST meets the Sheffield Organisation Studies Research Cluster (OSC) to discuss critical organizational research.
On April 13, 2026, we hosted an exciting online LOST session in collaboration with the Sheffield Organisation Studies Research Cluster (OSC). Our goal was to share our works and find connections in our shared investments in critical organizational scholarship.
We explored how alternative narratives can reshape intimate relationships and consent, examined the construction of actionable futures in and beyond projects, analyzed portrayals of masculinities in the case of businessmen in media representations, and discussed postcolonial feminist reflections on the role of entrepreneurship trainings on women's lived experiences in Mozambique. We discussed 4 papers in this session (working papers and R&Rs) with each paper from Sheffield discussed by a LOST member, and vice versa.
Thank you to everyone for sharing your work, and particularly to David Hollis (OSC) and Iris Seidemann (LOST) for making this possible. Also, thanks to everyone who joined us. It was really great to connect and discuss with you!
