Inhalt: Organizational Psychology includes applied, industrial, occupational, personnel, and work psychology as well as organizational behavior (EAWOP, 2014). Specifically, Organizational Psychology deals with human behavior in organizations and the work place, attitudes, career development, human performance and human factors, work teams and groups, job and task analysis, and individual assessment (APA, 2014). Organizational Psychology addresses issues of performance measurement, workplace motivation, quality of work life, structure of work and human factors, recruitment, selection and placement, training and development, and organizational development (APA, 2014). The course is structured along the different units of analysis in organizations: individuals, teams/groups, and the organization. The course covers the following topics: 1. Introduction to Organizational Psychology and HR Development 2. Human Attributes, Individual Differences, and Assessment 3. Job satisfaction and Commitment 4. Motivation and Work Engagement 5. Job analysis and Job Design 6. Performance (KSA, task, adaptive, proactive) and Performance Measurement 7. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 8. Counterproductive behavior / Withdrawal 9. Training, Development, and Evaluation 10. Work-Family-Conflict/Balance, Stress, Safety, Errors, and Well-Being 11. Leadership and Power 12. Teams and Groups (effectiveness, composition, diversity, task design, organizational resources, IPO/I) 13. Organizations (structure and attributes) 14. Organizational Culture/Climate 15. Organizational Change and Development 16. Innovation and corporate / intra-entrepreneurship
