Inhalt: This course provides students with insights into communication processes during change processes in startups or mature organizations. To capture the students with a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics between communication and organizational change, we will discuss this phenomenon from different current communication approaches, including communication as a transmission tool or a socially constructed process. The course gives students the opportunity to discuss and reflect on the role of communication for different types of change, and organizations with different cultures and sustainability contexts, thereby fostering students' capabilities to manage change processes responsibly.
