Inhalt: The course will have 3 full day sessions. In the first day we will discuss audit methodology background and decide on the issues selected for the group presentations in the second session and the working groups. In the second session we will practically showcase latest audit tools and technologies in Deloitte office in Hamburg. The third session will be dedicated to your working group presentations and discuss questions regarding the papers to be individually provided until end of feb 25.

Inhalt: We make thousands of decisions every day, many of them unconsciously. In this course we will look at the effect of communication and advertising and the influence of biases and nudging on the perception of a company's brand value and its economic success. Topics range from the presentation of facts and figures in company reports to the importance of different personalities in management teams to avoid blind spots in decision-making.
