Inhalt: In this course we will gain insights into the fields of application of life span developmental psychology. We will address the question in which areas of daily life research results of life span developmental psychology are relevant. Areas will also be considered where a connection is not immediately apparent. We will use our own experiences and observations as well as intensively study professional journal articles.

Inhalt: In this seminar we will read, get to know and deepen our knowledge of classical papers supplemented by recent studies in the field of social cognition. The topics of the individual sessions are deliberately diversified in order to gain insights into as broad a spectrum of different content as possible. Topics may include face perception, automatic processes, comparison processes, automatic imitation, moral dilemmas, stereotypes, and attitudes.
