Inhalt: Master's forum for *quantitative* empirical (psychological) master's theses. This course is a companion course for preparing a master's thesis using quantitative methods. The course is open for those students who write their master's thesis in a field of psychology (e.g., work psychology, organizational psychology, occupational health psychology, business psychology, social psychology, marketing), organizational behavior, or (human resource) management and follow a quantitative empirical research design. You will learn how to construct quantitative research in psychology and management-related fields and how to craft an excellent thesis that is theoretically sound and has methodological rigor. Students will present and discuss their research questions, research models, and methodological approaches they want to apply to their master's thesis. Students will receive feedback and critically reflect their research.
