AI Campus Day @ Leuphana

In cooperation with the Leuphana Start Up Lab and IGNITE, Leuphana’s student initiative for entrepreneurship, the AI Campus Day brings together students from Leuphana University Lüneburg and TU Hamburg on the Leuphana campus, showcasing the wide range of opportunities at the intersection of AI and entrepreneurship. For TU Hamburg students in particular, the event offers a chance to discover the Leuphana campus as a space for innovation, exchange and collaborative experimentation.

The focus is not only on learning about AI, but on building and creating together. In an interactive hands-on workshop, participants will develop their own ideas and explore how AI can unlock entrepreneurial opportunities. The networking session that follows creates space for informal exchange and new connections across institutional boundaries.
The AI Campus Day consists of three elements:
01 Showcasing: Creative Space
The Creative Space for Human and Artificial Intelligence is Leuphana’s experimental space for creative technology. The team will showcase the opportunities available to students who want to explore technology creatively—from robotics to generative tools. AI-based artworks invite participants to reflect on technology and its role in society.

02 Workshop: AI & Entrepreneurship
AI tools make it possible to test and develop ideas faster than ever before. Even without a technical background, founding teams can now build initial products themselves. In this workshop, we will explore what this means for entrepreneurship—and put it into practice together.
- Input: How has AI changed entrepreneurship? How does it accelerate the path from an idea to a product? Why are customer understanding and a viable business model becoming even more important? And how is the role of the founder changing?
- Vibe Coding: In small groups, you will turn your own idea into a clickable prototype. You will experience how a description in natural language can become functional code—without any prior programming knowledge.
03 Networking
The day concludes with pizza and drinks, offering time to connect with like-minded students. A great opportunity to find collaborators for your own ideas.
