On June 23, Tobias Lenz spoke at the workshop "The European Condition: Looking Back, Looking Forward” at the European Studies Centre of St. Antony's College at the University of Oxford on the occasion of the farewell of Prof. Dr. Kalypso Nicolaidis. The topic of his talk is the ambivalent influence of the European Union on regional organizations in other parts of the world.
