The Working Leuphana Podcast

Working culture has an incredible number of facets and arises wherever people come into contact with each other in the context of work. With the Working Leuphana campaign, we want to get the entire university talking about exactly that. And with the podcast "Treffpunkt Kaffeegondel" you can be inspired by our thoughts and the thoughts of other colleagues.
The podcast is aimed at you as employees of Leuphana. But we are also happy about any listener from outside. In each episode, we focus on one small aspect of good work at Leuphana. With the food for thought that we will provide in the podcast episodes, we will open up spaces for further conversations and ideas. For this purpose, we invite two guests (mostly colleagues) to each episode, with whom host Daniel Simons (Chairman of the Staff Council) discusses the different perspectives on good work.
