Psychology of Negotiations

Leuphana Digital School's Mentored Open Online Course “Psychology of Negotiations”, led by Prof. Dr. Roman Trötschel, ran from May to August 2014. "Psychology of Negotiations" was open to participants from all over the world; there were no prerequisites. Participants became acquainted with a psychological approach to negotiations within the scope of Commons, while preparing and conducting independent negotiations. In order to assure high quality in guidance and assistance throughout the course, registration to "Psychology of Negotiations" was limited to a number of 1,000 active participants. The course is based on the psychological concept of resource-oriented negotiations, developed by Prof. Dr. Roman Trötschel.
