Fostering Academic Careers
At Leuphana, over one hundred researchers at various stages of their careers are working together in the Embracing Transformation program to develop transformation knowledge for future-oriented solutions. This includes an interdisciplinary postdoctoral team and a team of doctoral researchers (six positions each).
Both postdoctoral and doctoral researchers situate their research in one of the key subject areas and in the psychology of transformation. Through this, they have the opportunity to establish themselves as experts in the highly dynamic field of transformation research.
In the Leuphana Transformation Lab, they create synergies between the various research topics involved through collaborative, transdisciplinary and coordinated teamwork.
In cooperation with doctoral fellows from the research initiative The Disruptive Condition, they investigate connections between transformation and disruption processes.
Together with the participating Leuphana professors and international fellows, they are part of a global network of transformation researchers.
