In her guest talk,Fenja Nolting (Hertie School) will share key insights from her research journey and from her work on organizations, institutions, and societal challenges with the doctoral candidates of the key subject area (KSA) “Organizing in Times of Crisis.”
Fenja Marcia Nolting recently completed her PhD at the Hertie School with a dissertation on “Organizations, Institutions, and Societal Challenges – A Study of Organized Efforts Addressing Institutional Pathologies,” supervised by Prof. Johanna Mair and Prof. Elke Schüßler. In this guest talk, she will share insights from her doctoral journey and research with the doctoral candidates of the KSA “Organizing in Times of Crisis.” Drawing on her own experience, she will reflect on how to approach and structure a dissertation in the context of crisis research and discuss key insights from her PhD research.
