Laura Venz presented findings from the organizational LLWI study on the role of leader-employee perceptual congruence at the 12th biannual congress of the DGPs departments Work, Organizational, and Economic Psychology and Human Factors. Results show that leader-employee percepetual congruence on age-friendly organizational practices plays a role for older employees beyond their own perception.

19th conference of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology
At the 19th EAWOP conference, the LLWI project team presented a symposium covering organizational perspectives on older workers. As part of this symposium, the LLWI, its development process, and findings from international studies on the LLWI were presented.

The UNECE, the European Commission’s DG EMPL, the University of the Basque Country, the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing, with the support of the Government of Biscay, held the Second International Seminar on the Active Ageing. The LLWI project team presented the first steps of the development of the LLWI at this event.
