You can pursue your academic career at Leuphana by applying for a scholarship, a position as a research assistant, or a junior professorship. You can apply for a scholarship from public and private funding institutions in Germany and abroad, or for a Leuphana program. Positions for postdoctoral researchers and junior professors are advertised within the schools, research centers and central academic institutions. Alternatively, you can also work at Leuphana with independent funding (e.g. with a DFG Temporary Position for Principal Investigators). We are happy to support you in all matters relating to these opportunities available to you.

Apply for a postdoc fellowship to focus on your research
We invite you to come to Leuphana University of Lüneburg as a postdoctoral fellow through one of the following pathways:
- You have already acquired a scholarship or a position, funded e.g. by the German Research Foundation (DFG) or Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH). You are now looking for an inspiring host institution.
- You develop a project proposal for funding from, for example, the DFG or AvH, with the support of Leuphana researchers.
You apply for one of our regularly advertised postdoctoral scholarships (find further details here).
