Pilot project „Tandem“

Are you new at Leuphana and would like to get to know your new job better? Or would you like to get to know new colleagues? Do you want to gain new knowledge and discover new perspectives? Or would you like to exchange ideas and network?

Then you have come to the right place.

We want to network you. And we will do so with the help of a pilot project in which various tandems will be formed. We hope to generate various synergies with these tandems and to create added value for all participants from which all colleagues will benefit in the future. Your experiences should be made public and encourage the university to turn an idea into an integral part of the development of our working culture.

Become part of the pilot project "Tandem".

We are looking for motivated colleagues who would like to be part of our pilot project and form an (unofficial) tandem - the type of tandem does not matter, for example:

    Welcome tandem: Promoting arrival, lifelong learning and passing on knowledge from Leuphana's wealth of experience.

    Mentoring tandem: Pointing out career perspectives, coaching, support in career planning and help with orientation for further qualification

    Language tandem: To language development and communication at Leuphana.
    Networking Tandem: The expansion of the network and the integration into new fields of activity.

    After-work tandem: Joint social / after-work activities → Cooperation with the "Informal Encounters" working group

All tandems can be formed in German, English or other languages as required.

Each tandem should meet regularly for exchange - you decide the rhythm, duration and location of your meetings yourself.

In the pilot project, we also want to provide you with a good framework for a stimulating and exciting exchange:

    Monthly events such as a Tandem regulars' table
    Closing event
    During the duration of the project, we will be available in person, by phone or by email for all your wishes, concerns and suggestions.
    It is planned to set up a Rocket Chat for all Tandem participants
    At the end we welcome your voluntary feedback
