Open lecture Hall: Guest students are welcome
2023-09-18 Lüneburg. In the coming winter semester, Leuphana University Lüneburg will once again open its lecture halls to guest students. Interested students will be able to attend lectures at the university at the beginning of the lecture period on October 16 and continue their education at an academic level or deepen their personal interests within the framework of the guest auditor program. Participation is possible regardless of previous education or school-leaving qualifications: there are no admission requirements - anyone can become a guest auditor.
The new course catalog for guest auditors is now available for download online at www.leuphana.de/offener-hoersaal. There you will also find answers to frequently asked questions as well as information on registration and advising options.
In the coming semester, the guest lecture program will again offer a wide selection of lectures and seminars from 15 subject areas. The open lecture hall allows participants to discuss the content of the respective topic as well as to engage in an interdisciplinary and intergenerational exchange.
The registration deadline for the guest students program is November 1. An information event will be held on September 27 at 4 p.m. in Leuphana's central building. It offers the opportunity to find out about the schedule and the most important dates of the winter semester, to ask questions and to exchange information with other guest students. Further information is also available on the Open Lecture Hall website. Interested students are asked to register for the information event by September 25 by sending an e-mail to offener-hoersaal@leuphana.de.
