Qigong Workshop on October 30th. 30.10.2022, 11am-1:30pm at Studio 21


Do you need a balance or just want to try something new? Then this workshop is just right for you! Qigong is suitable for you if you are curious about calm movements that are performed gently, without superfluous muscle tension and with conscious breathing. They have a calming and relaxing effect on body and mind when practiced regularly. The workshop will be held on 10/30-22 from 11am-1:30pm at Studio 21. 
Note: Please bring loose clothing and athletic shoes or non-slip socks.
