Clara Niekamp, M.A.

Clara Niekamp has been working as a research assistant at the Centre for Sustainability Management (CSM) since the beginning of 2023. Among other things, she is responsible for the e-tutoring of the MBA Sustainability Management.

Clara Niekamp holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Management of Social Issues (Tilburg University, Netherlands). She subsequently completed her Master's degree in Plural Economics (Universität Siegen).

Before joining the MBA team, she worked at SUSTAYN, a company that uses a digital platform to promote greater sustainability and employee participation within the company. Through the intensive contact with the participating companies, she gained a lot of insights regarding the implementation of sustainability efforts within companies.
