Vita

Laura Hetzler has been working as a research assistant at the Centre for Sustainability (CSM) since October 2025 and is part of Embracing Transformation as a doctoral candidate in the KSA Companies as Drivers of Sustainability Transformations.

Prior to this, she completed her bachelor's degree in Intercultural Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Information Management at Philipps University of Marburg from 2019 to 2022. She then completed a three-month internship at Viessmann in Berlin in the Global Digital Marketing department. During her studies, she worked in one of the departments at Philipps University of Marburg.

She continued her master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on digitalisation, entrepreneurship and innovation at Philipps University of Marburg until the summer semester of 2025. In the winter semester of 2023/24, she spent a semester abroad at Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, where she focused on social entrepreneurship.

During her studies, she pursued her self-chosen focus areas of sustainability and psychology, where she found her research focus. She is currently researching sustainable mindsets among managers.
