Courses

This seminar aims to explore leadership in different contexts to address the challenges of the present times and anticipated situations going ahead in the future. By utilizing the following frameworks: the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a specific focus on Goal 4 of the SDGs on Education, Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), and self-efficacy, students will work together to explore the concept of “leadership for sustainable development” in various contexts. Based on principles of group work and research-based learning, the students could explore the concept of leadership in any field of their interest. These can include teachers, heads of non-governmental organizations, companies, or organizations, or even policymakers. The framework of self-efficacy can be used to understand how well the leaders feel prepared to address the challenges of the present times.
