The curriculum combines aspects of various disciplines such as psychology, management, organisational sociology, entrepreneurship, business informatics and finance, making it a unique educational opportunity for future managers who want to work towards a sustainable future. Management, Organisation and Corporate Governance
This field of activity is primarily concerned with the development of organisational structures and concepts, as well as the management of all operational processes and workflows.

- Business Development Manager: Responsible for the development and implementation of new business ideas, evaluation of marketing opportunities, acquisition of strategic partners and the development of new business fields

- Compliance Manager: Develops concepts and measures to ensure legally and ethically correct behaviour by organisations and their employees
- Contract Manager / Contract Processor: Participate in the drafting, amendment and processing of contracts and advise clients on contract amendments, e.g. changes in the legal situation

Consulting (Tax, Management and Financial Consulting, Auditing)
- Business Economist for taxes and auditing: Plans and monitors the tax, finance and accounting system of a company

- Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist: Takes over consulting services around the purchase, sale or merger of companies
- Rating analyst: assesses the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and debtors
- Trustee: Represents the interests of trustees and advises their clients in tax, private, and financial matters, sometimes as mediator between two contracting parties or insolvency administrators
- Management Consultant: As an external service provider, analyses the processes and structures in companies, e.g. to increase profitability or to secure and expand the economic success of the company
- Auditor: Conducts business audits of companies (e.g. annual audits) and advises clients on business and tax issues - requires extra qualification in addition to studies
Finance and Accounting
This field of activity primarily involves the auditing, planning, and coordination of financial and material resources, invoices, and other operating costs.
- Management Accountant: Collects key business figures from business and operational accounting as a basis for entrepreneurial decisions and advises the management from a business perspective
- Financial Accountant: Performs tasks in the areas of bookkeeping and accounting. The scope of duties ranges from accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting to preparatory closing operations and the preparation of strategic financial management issues
- Cost Calculator: Calculates operational costs and prices
- Auditor: Controls the payment transactions of companies, municipalities, cities, and associations
- Auditor: Plans and carries out audits of the accounting system, prepares audit reports, and develops recommendations for action
- Insurance Consultant: advises and supports self-employed persons, and corporate and private clients with regard to personal, property, and financial loss insurance
Distribution
The focus of distribution is on the sale of goods, the management of the sales force organisation, and the maintenance of a manufacturer's relationship with trade or, in the case of direct sales, with the end customer.
- Account Manager: Maintaining a company's customer relationship, acquiring new customers, and supporting existing customers and sales partners
- Category Manager: Management, review and optimisation of product groups with regard to corporate objectives
- Key-Account-Manager: Acquisition and support of important or high-turnover customers and sales partners, the so-called key accounts
- Broker: Buying, selling and brokering goods and services of all kinds on behalf of their clients
- Relationship Manager: Customer acquisition and support of a company with the aim of building long-term and profitable customer relationships
- Sales Manager: Planning, managing, and controlling sales activities in defined sales areas within the framework of corporate targets and objectives
- Sales Manager (retail): Planning, management, and control of sales and distribution activities in the sales outlets or branches and implementation of selected retail measures
- Sales Consultant: Prepares product or product group-related sales plans, implements these via direct sales or in sales via the trade
- Sales Controller: Controls and analyses the planning, control, and optimisation of sales processes in the company
Research and Teaching
Teaching at universities involves organising and conducting courses and supervising students.
- Lecturer at Universities and Academies: designs and conducts courses, and works on scientific research projects
- Research Assistant: performs scientific services in research and teaching, which are also conducive to the acquisition of a further academic qualification (e.g. doctorate)
