Hosting Support: Working Student for Community & Space Hosting (f/m/d)

Who we are looking for:
You are an open communicator and don’t shy away from approaching new people openly.
With your good sense for others needs you help our members and guests, wherever they need your support and offer quick solutions to them with -your readiness of mind.
You contribute to a collaborative and appreciative environment, so that our guests and members feel right at home.
You know how to explain our values, our content and mission purpose both in English and German.
You have the ability to self-organize and approach tasks with a pragmatic yet collaborative creative mindset at the same time.
It comes easy to you to keep the Hub tidy and functional, so that everyone feels welcome and the coffee keeps flowing.
Plus: You have experience working in the service industry (as a server etc.)
You identify with one or more of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.
You feel inspired to work in a startup.

All in all you would commit to host our space and community at our Impact Hub 20 hours per week in an alternating shift system: 4 shifts with 5 hours each per week. Shift 1: 8.30am - 2pm, lunch break included. Shift 2: 2pm - 7pm.

Your main tasks:
- Opening, hosting and closing the Hub
- Informing our members, guests on “Everything Impact Hub Hamburg”
- Answering the hosting-phone and email account
- Knowing where to find what in the space and providing our members with the materials they need for their Hub/ Coworking experience
- Assisting our members in booking rooms via our booking system
- Assisting in the preparation of meeting rooms, event spaces for bookings and occasionally events
- Storage, Inventory Management
- Keeping the Coworking and Community area tidy
