Write & Shine – Find Your Voice

Monday to Friday, 13.–17.07.2026, 10.00–17.00. Meeting point: C5.012.

Write & Shine is THE opportunity to advance your writing project in a productive yet relaxed atmosphere. Experience the energy of working in the company of others in structured sessions and use it for your text project (reading, developing, writing, revising). Discuss your ideas and progress with other participants or the team of the Schreibzentrum/Writing Center over a cup of coffee or tea. We provide drinks and small snacks for a donation. Feel free to bring your favorite mug.

Program: 

Mo, 13.7., 13.15–14.00
Yoga-Flows with Saskia Samland

You learn: 

  • will learn a variety of short sequences to do whilst sitting and standing,
  • receive tips on how to take breaks for your body and mind whilst working on a writing project,
  • combine movement and breathing, and bring clarity to your thoughts.
  • You are welcome to take part in one or both sessions.

  • Who has something to say about my writing, and what is it?
  • What feels right for me and my text?

You learn:

  • techniques for consciously developing your own writing voice,
  • and how to distinguish between personal and collective voices (e.g. the voice of the discipline).

You learn: 

  • to follow your inner images, expectations and convictions in the writing process
  • impulses to self-reflect
  • dogmas to write and to exchange with others
  • new perspectives on your own writing practice

Resonance, getting to know your inner voice with Susanne Reerink

You learn:

  • effektiv deinen Nacken, den festen Kiefer und die Schultern lösen
  • wieder zu dir zu kommen, wenn du dich in deinen Gedanken verlierst
  • wie du deinen Augen vom Bildschirm eine kleine Pause verschaffen kannst
  • kleine Körperübungen um überflüssige Spannungen loslassen und neue Kraft zu schöpfen

Inspiration While Writing with Susanne Reerink

You learn:

  • to a deep, spontaneous, and unforced inhalation.
  • how your exhalation helps you find new inspiration.
  • to become aware of your breathing rhythm.
  • to use your head as a resonating chamber.
