Artificial Intelligence in Research
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a key technology: it offers new opportunities in science, but also poses challenges for research and teaching, e.g. in terms of creativity, innovation, assessments and publications. At the same time, speed and scale of its progress brings continuous change.
Research activities must be based on the “principles of good scientific practice”, transparency, and research integrity. Scholars should always be aware of their own responsibility for the integrity of content created by or with the help of AI tools.
Below are recommendations and guidelines to help you familiarize yourself with the possibilities and limitations of AI in academic work.
