ludiCall

ludiCALL is composed of the word ludical (playful) and the acronym CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning). This website provides foreign language learners, - teachers and parents an opportunity to find a suitable product for foreign language learning with digital applications. 

ludiCALL is the product of the project  Health and Language Integrated Gaming Online (HeaLinGO). (HeaLinGO) is a project by the Innovations-Inkubator of the Leuphana University Lüneburg which has been sponsored by the European Union from 2013 till 2015. The sub-project Language Integrated Gaming Online is managed by the English educationalist Prof. Dr. Torben Schmidt. In addition, the team consists of three research associates Carolyn Blume, Inke Schmidt, 

Philipp Schmidt as well as several student assistants and international partners.

Within one year, the team carried out an analysis of 50 digital games for foreign language learning based on an extensive case report form composed of 80 questions.
