Yasmin Lehmann

Yasmin Lehmann is a Ph.D. student and current recipient of a Ph.D. scholarship at the Institute of English Studies (IES) where she teaches part-time and is working on her dissertation titled ‘Disaster, Youth, Nostalgia: Re-imagining the 1910s in contemporary British and German culture’ (Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Emer O’Sullivan). She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree with First Class Honours at University College Dublin in 2009 for which she received the UCD President’s Award and the Patrick Semple Medal. In 2010 she graduated as a Master of Arts in Anglo-Irish Literature and Drama from the same university, with the Mary Colum Award for female Graduates.
