As part of the Information Systems and Data Science Research Colloquium, Mrs Kristina Lemmer, CDO Landkreis Lüneburg und Gastwissenschaftlerin am IIS (Leuphana), will present on "From Digital Transformation Strategies to Individual Digital Transformation - The Story of Modern Workplaces" via Zoom on Mai 19, 2022 starting at 4:15 pm.
Abstract:
In the age of digital transformation and - more than ever - in the age of digital collaboration, it is important to enable autonomy, empowerment, and commitment through a transparent approach to the organizational compass and to make this compass the subject of internal friction so as not to close oneself off to the influences of the surrounding ecosystem and to be able to respond adaptively to upcoming changes in the market. In her presentation, Dr. Kristina Lemmer will summarize her insights from the digital transformation strategy definition of various institutions for you, and then present an idea for successful strategy formulation of ones individual digital transformation at the workplace in organizations.
