As part of the Information Systems and Data Science Research Colloquium, Mr Edson Takashi Matsubara, Associate professor at the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul at the Faculty of Computer Science (Brasil), will present on "Obtaining agricultural data from Deep learning" via Zoom on June 2, 2022 starting at 4:15 pm.
Abstract:
Deep learning has been successfully applied to many computer vision problems. In this talk, we will show applications, from high throughput phenotyping to environmental problems, where we use deep learning to estimate labor-intensive and costly data from RGB and Multispectral images from UAVs, satellites, camera traps, and mobile phone images.
