Transfer

Health Psychology and Applied Biological Psychology

The aim of our work is to make research results accessible for the benefit of the general public.
In cooperation with the Schön Klinik Roseneck (Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Hillert), the AGIL training for health promotion for teachers is being further developed. AGIL stands for Work and Health in the Teaching Profession. AGIL is currently used in clinics and for primary prevention in several federal states: In Lower Saxony AGIL is part of the CARE programme, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern AGIL is offered in cooperation with the Institute for Quality Development M-V and the Techniker, in Bavaria AGIL group leaders (school psychologists) are trained in the Teacher Academy in Dillingen.
In cooperation with the Technical University of Lübeck (Prof. Dr. Monique Janneck), we are working on the development of an open technical platform that allows high-quality online health training to be developed and offered. As a public good, the platform is licensed under a General Public License. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Prof. Dr. Dirk Lehr.
As part of the transfer activities, the GET.ON Institute was founded out of the university in 2015 to make online health trainings accessible in routine outside of research. This was awarded the Knowledge Transfer Prize in 2015 and won the Digital Health Prize, which was awarded for the first time in 2018.
