Music ensembles organise Winter Picnic Series
2022-12-06 Lüneburg. The musical ensembles of the Leuphana University Lüneburg are organising a "Winter Picnic Series" again this year. On 12, 13 and 14 December at 7.30 p.m. (admission from 6.30 p.m.) the concerts will take place in the Forum of the Central Building. Participants are the choir, chamber choir, big band, orchestra, Camerata and University Music Director Rebecca Lang. There will be a different programme on each of the evenings. Admission is free.
The musical spectrum is broad. Works by Billie Holiday, Clara Schumann, Duke Ellington, J. P Rameau, Guns 'n Roses and Ludwig van Beethoven, among others, will be performed. Visitors are invited to bring picnic baskets for their own sustenance.
