The Presidential Board of Leuphana University

The Presidential Board manages the university, directs its development and ensures that it fulfils its tasks. The Presidential Board is responsible for all matters that are not assigned to another body; in particular, it decides on the establishment of target agreements, the business plan, the task- and performance-oriented assessment of resources at the university, as well as the establishment, modification and abolition of faculties and other organisational units and the introduction, significant modification and closure of study programmes, as well as the approval of examination regulations.
