Shaping Leadership in Schools together

2025-03-03 As part of a mentoring program of the State Institute for Teacher Training and School Development (LI) in Hamburg, school administrators and teachers interested in leadership faced individual leadership challenges in a workshop. In the additional module led by Dr. Ina Stephan (LI) and Hariet Schellig (Leuphana Innovation Community School Development and Leadership), seven tandems consisting of school management and teachers worked on solutions to challenges from everyday school management in joint building processes with Lego® Serious Play®.
