The conference seeks to highlight the continued relevance of critical theory for literary studies and to define current approaches, fields and models of a ‘Critical Theory of Literature’. It brings together international scholars to present innovative approaches to research and to discuss the standards and procedures of critical literary studies. Contributions have been confirmed by: Christine Achinger, Melanie Babenhauserheide, Lukas Betzler, Kevin Drews, Pola Groß, Andreas Huyssen, Sven Kramer, Jan Loheit, Jan Süselbeck.

Language: German and English.
