PostDoc/“Akademischer Rat” (m/f/d)
(salary group A 13, 100 %, at first for a limited period of 3 years)
This position is assigned to the Professorship for Organization Studies and included in the Leuphana Center for Organization and Social Transformation (LOST).
Your tasks:
- Giving courses and seminars in the areas of management and organization as well as interdisciplinary courses and seminars in English (4 lecture hours per week)
- Further scientific qualification (“Habilitation”) through research projects at an internationally competitive level
- Active participation in applications for third-party-funding
- Supervision of final theses and other scientific services in research and teaching
Your profile:
- Completed academic university degree in business administration, management, or another related field (Master’s degree or equivalent)
- Excellent PhD degree in management
- Publication experience, generally demonstrated through initial “R&Rs” or publications in double-blind peer-reviewed journals relevant to management and organization studies
- Experience in the collection and analysis of qualitative data, generally demonstrated through corresponding PhD projects or publications
- Research emphases and interests in the areas of management and organization, e.g., with a focus on future-making, strategy as practice, participation and inclusion, power, and organizational identity
- Very good English skills
