Das Seminar richtet sich an Studierende des Major Rechtswissenschaft. soll die notwendigen Grundlagen zum Verfassen einer Bachelorarbeit im Strafrecht vermitteln, den Arbeitsprozess strukturieren und eng begleiten. Zu diesem Zweck wird das Seminar sich thematisch mit der aktuell viel diskutierten Frage auseinandersetzen, ob und inwiefern ein strafrechtlicher Staatsschutz möglich und zulässig ist. Eine Liste möglicher Themenvorschläge für Bachelorarbeiten sowie einführende Literaturvorschläge finden Sie im Ordner „Material“. Eigene, im weitesten Sinne zum Oberthema passende Themen können gerne vorgeschlagen werden. Den detaillierten Ablaufplan finden Sie bei den einzelnen Terminen.

Leuphana Masterclass: Strafrechtsordnung I
Daria Bayer
Das Seminar Strafrechtsordnung I dient der komprimierten Darstellung und Vertiefung des Allgemeinen Teils des Strafrechts sowie der Straftaten gegen das Leben und die körperliche Unversehrtheit. Dem Veranstaltungscharakter als Examensvorbereitungsprogramm entsprechend wird dabei auf gesteigert prüfungsrelevante Fragen besonderes Gewicht gelegt. Als Lernerleichterung wird den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern zudem ein Skript in Form von Lernkarteikarten zur Verfügung gestellt.
