In der Lehrveranstaltung Cases and Methods – Strafrecht werden bestehende Kenntnisse im Allgemeinen und Besonderen Teil des Strafrechts (Delikte gegen die Person, gegen die Allgemeinheit und gegen das Vermögen) sowie des Strafprozessrechts vertieft und methodische Fähigkeiten anhand von Fällen eingeübt.
