CV

Stephanie is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and researcher in corporate sustainability and climate policy. She holds an LL.B. from Ari de Sá College (2020), Brazil, and an LL.M. in Law from the Federal University of Ceará (2023), Brazil, where she focused on International and European Sustainability Law. In 2023, she began her Ph.D. at the Joachim Herz Doctoral School of Law, Leuphana University, and at the Federal University of Ceará, where her research now places stronger emphasis on Global North–South dynamics.

She currently serves as a Research Assistant at the Joachim Herz Doctoral School of Law and as a Research Associate of the research cluster Go-Chains, Leuphana University, an interdisciplinary project funded by the State of Lower Saxony and the Volkswagen Foundation. Her background combines professional experience in Brazilian public institutions, teaching, and applied research, in both Brazilian and international projects, on climate governance and sustainability law.
